You’ve got to be prepared to put in the hours and many many late nights because there’s going to be all these obstacles and struggles that are unpredictable and you have to be prepared when they arise.

This is what most people don’t know – It’ll take you many late nights that people will not see, recognize and acknowledge.

But as your business grows; with the right systems, architecture, infrastructure and the right people in place, you’ll eventually see the returns.

When that happens, you’ll be able to slowly remove yourself from the business and have more time for yourself.

Building a successful business is not an overnight process, it could take years. It could even take 20 years.

At the end of the day, understand that having a business is like having a baby – with the right upbringing (systems) in place, you’ll eventually have that freedom but it’s not going to happen in the short term.
